Yep, you heard that right. 80’s icon, Boy George, has described electro pop band Empathy Test as a “musical orgasm” ahead of the launch of their new album this year.
The bands unerring love for the 80s and a healthy obsession with Science Fiction (their name is a nod to iconic film Blade Runner) has inspired their latest album which Louder Than War has described as “a set of songs lovers of 80s synth pop will be drooling over the minute the first verse has been heard”.
We certainly cannot wait to drool all over it as Empathy Test brings the past and the future to the present. Speaking of the present.. There’s no time like it so give Empathy Test’s single, “Monster” a listen now and prepare to start drooling – https://soundcloud.com/empathytest/monsters-radio-edit/s-AEnqYzWm4Ye
The new album, Monster, includes this hit single of the same title accompanied by a video directed by the award-winning Calum Macdiarmid, which has been nominated for this year’s Berlin Music Video Awards.
Boy George, we can’t wait to feel this “musical orgasm” with you!
