Fans of Central American band Steady Rollin’ will have seen that their new video to their latest single, “Impossible” has been premiered on New Noise and we love it!
Taken from their forthcoming album, Love & Loss, “Impossible” follows on from the hugely popular track “When the Judgement Comes” and its super-charged dance remix courtesy of Elyse Rich, set a course from 80s synth pop to modern flourishes of stomping delight, all wrapped around the pounding, relentless rock of Steady Rollin’.
The new single is the long-overdue return to the powerful combination of blues, rock and story-telling lyrics which characterized such musical behemoths as Led Zeppelin and Cream. The band, comprising Fernando Poma, Benjamin Andrade and Gerardo Pardo from El Savador, have all enjoyed rocking out to electric guitars and heavy bass most of their life taking inspiration from 90s rock bands Led Zeppelin, Rush and Metallica.
The new album, Love & Loss is the first full release from Steady Rollin’, 10 tracks which tell love-related stories from Fernando’s real-life experiences to a musical backing which twists between emotional blues, agile, sinuous rock and a squall of alternative power.
We’re super excited to see what the guys have in store for us for the rest of the album and will be following their social channels closely for a release date.
