Up-and-coming pop sensation, Kelsey Coleman, has released a brand new cover, as a thank you to her fast-growing UK fan base.
Heart warmed by the success of her breakout single, Nobody, which has already attracted tens of thousands of YouTube hits, hundreds of thousands of Spotify streams and worldwide radio airplay, Kelsey took to the mic to record a heart-rending cover of Warren Zevon’s Keep Me in Your Heart.
On the sentiment behind her latest audio-visual recording, Kelsey says:
“In a world today with what’s occurring and with all the conflict and anger, Keep Me in Your Heart is a message about peace and love, which I think we all need more of. I wanted to spread positivity and light to people and hopefully give people something to smile about. This is also a thank you to all of the fans and supporters of my music and career so far. Thank you so much everyone and I hope you enjoy my cover!”
In a pop universe of garish glitz and gimmicks, Kelsey’s star shines brightly, with her self-assured lyricism and raw, authentic vocal delivery. Her intention, having begun by writing songs in her bedroom and in coffee shops, is to connect with her audience through honesty. Nobody certainly achieves this, taking listeners on a candid journey through her own relationship struggles, with an uplifting takeaway.
