We have found the latest rock band you need to have on your playlist this summer. Nearly Skulls are a rock band who believe in real music and physical media but are less committed to standard human existence. Ferociously protective of their true identities, the trio have elected to only manifest themselves as skulls, leading to huge speculation as to who the mystery three are.
Their debut single ‘Dots’ is out now but offers little in the way of clues of the trio’s identity but much in terms of musical muscle and a stunning ability to conjure up dazzling melodies.
Based in Manchester, Nearly Skulls comprise Andy on guitars and bass, Paul on vocals and guitar and Dean on drums.. Or so we think! The band really don’t give much away but what we do know is that they have an awesome sound with The Who-esque choruses and U2dynamics. We can’t wait to hear more with their debut album ‘Bucket Listening’ which is set to be released on 30th July.
