With their album launch on 29th March at Brighton Concorde 2 nearing, the Sussex indie rockers Noble Jacks have released their track ‘Lights Out’. Having already played at Glastonbury, Isle of Wight Festival, Bestival and Cambridge Folk Festival, they have deservedly been garnered as one of the country’s ‘good-time’ bands and this year they are scheduled to set this title in stone with their UK tour.
Following the success of their previous release ‘Rely On Love’, ‘Lights Out’ is an equally upbeat track that fuses a blend of guitar riffs and percussion breakdowns and establishes promising expectations for their forthcoming second album ‘Stay Awake’. A band that are distinct due to sing-along choruses and the lead guitar replaced by the fiddle in four of their album tracks, their music stands as a treat for fans of the likes of Mumford and Sons and Ben Howard.
A perfect alternative to take your mind off the Brexit gloom, the significance of their album launch date underlines exactly what Noble Jacks are about – bringing others together through their engaging performances.
